Walking along a WV trail on an especially charming summer’s evening, I take a moment to stop & appreciate the wonder around me. I look above and notice this group of trees growing from a cliff made of stone; a phenomenon I had never seen before or even knew could exist. They stood so proudly amongst the gentle wind, resilient in spirit with an ability to grow from rocks when most grow from soil.
