A solitary hike through Great Falls state park brought me by the river banks of the ancient Potomac River. Along its walls, a beautiful collection of massive river stones laid gracefully amongst the sand & sunlight on this enchanting Summer’s evening. It reminded me of the stability I aim to achieve through my practice of meditation. The distinct energy of this scene brings me back to that place of exquisite balance every time I observe this photograph.
